This is a special card Commemorating Germany's world cup win in Italia 1990. On the front of the card there is a picture of the world cup and written " THE UPPER DECK COMPANY SALUTES GERMANY FOR THEIR COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE" There is a German flag also on the top right of the card. The card had been kept in a plastic cover since it was taken out of its packet and is in immaculate condition.
