All prints are framed and in excellent condition. I will also consider selling pieces individually.(Individual prices are listed with each print above.) I am offering the entire collection for sale for $5960.00. The book value and the current gallery prices for these paintings is $9385.00. I have all of the COA's except for Lamplight Manor and Simpler Times (can't find) however all paintings have the Kinkade painting original DNA and inspection stamps on back.
