Buyer to prepay and pickup in Chillicothe, Ohio, or add $200 for a plywood crate plus the cost of FedEx Freight shipping from zip code 45601 (check FedExFreight website for rates). The freight companies do not insure neon, so neither do we - neon ships at buyer's risk.
