Motor Volts 110, Cycles 60, Pat. April 15 '02 No 51096 . It  measures 9 1/2" wide x 6 1/2" deep. The overall condition of this item is good. There is some chipped paint where the cord meets the fan.  It has a screw in plug that looks to be original. I am not sure if it works.On Jul-21-08 at 18:59:23 PDT, seller added the following information:In response to questions: All parts are present. The rotating mechanism in the ball works. The blade turns freely. There is no play in the motor bearings. We do not want to cause any deterioration to the fan by trying to plug it in in case we could create unnecessary damage.
