It is done through Prose and Poetry written about cigarettes and how they make you feel. The book is provocative reading and "chock full" of useful, funky and unusual information about cigarettes. Although the book is vintage - published in 1906 - it would be an interesting addition to someone's Tobacco collectibles. Click To Enlarge Here are details about this rare, hard to find book. The book's dimensions are approximately 4 3/4" wide by 6¾" tall. The book was printed in 1906 by H. M. Caldwell Co. and is presumed to be a first edition. The book has a Pigskin Leather Bound hard cover with gilt impressed titles on the Pigskin. The top page edges are trimmed and gilt covered and the forward edges and the bottom edges are untrimmed. The book has a Frontispiece of a young girl, representing Lady Nicotine, which is tissue guarded thus protecting the title page. This picture is every bit as beautiful as any pictures painted by Harrison Fisher.The book (plus packaging) weighs 1 pound.
