They constitute a pair of lighters, possibly "His and Hers". The larger lighter has a "ding" above the Flint Tube entry, where the enamel is missing. It also has some minor scratches. The smaller lighter has minor dings but no enamel loss. The dimensions are as follows (height, width and depth, in inches): Large lighter 1.75 X 1.25 X 0.5 Small lighter 1.25 X 1.25 X 0.5 With the larger lighter being marginally smaller than the other in depth. References: Both models are Cartier, circa 1930. A similar example can be seen in "Lighters Accendini" by Stefano Bisconcini on page 75. This book was published in 1984.   The Lighters. The two lighters are the same model. They benefit aesthetically from the "Oversize" Snuffer Cap that covers the mechanism and wick.  They are in used condition. The small loss of enamel to the larger lighter can be professionally repaired. Both lighters may benefit from polishing.
