The dark framed, softer colored painting with two horses was obtained by my Aunt Evelyn Hendrickson on or about 1961.  Evelyn and Leo Hendrickson managed the trading post in RoughRock Arizona from the mid 1950's to nearly 1970’s, they were good friends with Andy. An internet search "Andy Tsinnanjinnie" will lead one to art museums worldwide as well as many prominent institutions throughout the United States.  Born in Chinle, Navajo Reservation, Arizona in 1916, later to serve in the U.S. Army in the South Pacific World War II ( "code talker"?) before moving his studio to Scottsdale.   Please note in these pictures the glass cover creates photo flash problems and reflections from the trading post where photos were shot.  If you have a genuine interest in purchasing this artwork we will provide additional information and pictures.  The frame is wood and certainly does show its age with a couple of nicks.    Painting was appraised at the Heard Museum in Phoenix, Arizona.    Free Shipping and Handling USA Mainland   Kindly pay within seven (7) days of auction end.
