The register is in excellent working order.  We have been using this in our store, but it is no longer needed. All the buttons work, and the door opens appropriately as the bell rings.  Also, the counters underneath the panel appear to work correctly.  Interestingly, the inner wood drawer is original, with the receipt bar and the proper dividers.  There is no evidence (in my opinion) that this piece ever had a top sign.  In fact, the two registers of this model that I have seen with a top sign, both were reproductions.     The only concerns are (1) there is a small (and old) chip to the original wood base in the front; (2) there is no outer key to lock the register; and (3) there is an expected level of wear to the finish of the register (which is original). Please understand that I am not a register expert, and have not checked the internal mechanisms.  So, therefore, I cannot make any guarantees on that basis.  However, I do guarantee the working order as described, and we have worked harmoniously with this piece over the last few years without any issues.    The serial number is #1415684, and the model number is #313     SIZE/DIMENSIONS  This piece measures 9.5 inches wide by 16 inches long and stands 17 inches tall.    CONDITION The condition of this piece is excellent throughout, as described above.
