Beautiful BOLD full signature by President ABRAHAM LINCOLN. Also co-signed by Sec of State William Seward.  ALL ink areas filled in are very readable and the official stamp is perfect. Actual document is 12x16 and in EXTRA FINE condition.  Currently archival museum framed to an overall size of 21x47. FRAMING NOT INCLUDED unless you pick it up here in Indianapolis. Too large and delicate to ship. I will remove the document in order to ship safely.  One of the finest LINCOLN documents I have ever seen! The framing includes a colorized portrait of Lincoln and a Franklin Mint sterling silver Presidential plate if picked up here in Indianapolis.
