offered to you...925 ITALIAN SILVER COMPOTEwith PUTTI FIGURES14.5" high13.5" diameter, 3" deep, fluted/ribbed bowlatop anornately scrolled 11.5" high 3-footed PEDASTAL w/FIGURES(The bowl & pedastal may be disassembled for easy shipping, storage, & cleaning!)Both the pedastal & bowl are incised with the 925 in an oval as well as the hallmark (i.e., star shape followed by "32" & "HI" (?)...province is a tad unclear). Also, each part has an incised "M", an urn, & another less clear symbol, each inside square shapes. (Please see the images.)LOVELY, EXCELLENT CONDITION for its age! Keeping this piece from mint status are surface scratches to the smooth areas of the piece (i.e., figures, bowl) & the putti has a couple poc marks that may or may not be removed by polishing. NO DENTS or DINGS...the bowl's shape is just beautiful!
