This anvil comes with a very heavy duty stand which I will sell with the anvil and which weighs about 300 pounds itself. The bottom of the stand is solid as is the top that the anvil sets on. The anvil is 34 1/4 " long overall and the face is 20 3/4 X 5 1/4". This stands 13 1/8" tall. The base of the anvil is 13 X 12". The Hardy hole is 1 1/2" square and the Pritchel is 3/4". As you can see the top is great shape with a little swag in the table. The face is flat with well defined edges. The rebound is extraordinary! The Hardy and Pitchel show very little use for the age. The serial number on the anvil is 61856 and just under the horn is stamped "1". The base is absolutely rock solid. There is a place where a small chunk is missing and a small crack is at the point where the right nearest foot if facing the logo side of the anvil. This is well above the platform the anvil rests upon and probably the result of the anvils’ shifted weight when being set by a boom or hoist without the proper attention to the attitude and speed as it was being set down. The integrity is in no way compromised and there are no other fractures. The stand with the anvil atop it is 28 1/4 inches tall. The base of the stand is 26 X 20 inches. Thank you for your time!
