It is all complete accept the cord to the ear piece and two small screws on one of the bells and one on the mouth piece, as shown. The box is all oak and is 9" high by 7 1/4" wide . The oak box is in excellent condition. No breaks or cracks The bakelite mouthpiece and ear piece are excellent. No chips or cracks. Ear piece is complete inside.
